TAKWEEN ADVANCED INDUSTRIES ANNOUNCES THE RESIGNATION OF THE CEO AND THE ASSIGNMENT OF THE MANAGING DIRECTOR

Takween Advanced Industries announces that the Board of Directors decided today 25-08-2014 to accept the resignation of Eng. Ali A. Al Shaier from his position as CEO which he submitted on 24-08-2014 with effect from 30-09-2014 due to personal reasons.

The Board also decided to assign the Managing Director, Mr. Abdulmohsen M. Al-Othman, to handle the responsibility of this position until the Board appoints new CEO.

Mr. Abdulmohsen M. Al-Othman, graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals with a Bachelor of Science in Management Accounting. He has wide experince in couple of managerial positions as well as director for many Joint Stock Companies
