Takween Advanced Industries announces the appointment of its Chairman and the Managing Director and the formation of the Board committees

Reference to the announcement published on the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on 09l04/2013 G regarding the General Assembly resolution for the new Board of Directors term which commence 22/11/2013 G, the Board approved on the meeting held Sunday 24/11/2013 G the re-appointment of Mr. Abdullah M. Al-Othman ass a chairman of the Board and the re-appointment of Mr. Abdulmohsen M. Al-Othman as the Managing Director of Takween. The Board also approved the formation of the Board committees; the Audit committee, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and the Executive Committee for the new term which commence 22/11/2013 G for a period of three years
