TAKKT sells the Plant Equipment Group.

Today, TAKKT AMERICA HOLDING INC., a subsidiary of TAKKT AG, has signed a
contract with Global Industrial Holdings LLC, Port Washington, NY, USA, to
sell the membership interests of all companies belonging to the Plant
Equipment Group ("PEG"). This comprises C&H Service, LLC, Milwaukee, USA,
C&H Distributors, LLC, Milwaukee, USA, Industrialsupplies.com, LLC,
Milwaukee, USA, Products for Industry, LLC, Milwaukee, USA, C&H Productos
Industriales S. de R.L. de C.V., Mexiko City, Mexiko, and Avenue Industrial
Supply Company Limited, Richmond Hill, Canada. With this step TAKKT will
focus its activities to become an integrated multi-channel company.

The Supervisory Board of TAKKT AG has already approved the transaction.

In 2013, PEG generated a turnover of approx. USD 104 million. A purchase
price of USD 25 million on a debt free basis was agreed for the
transaction.
