TAKKT Supervisory Board elects new Chairman
Stephan Gemkow succeeds Prof. Dr Klaus Trützschler
Stuttgart, Germany, 04 February 2013. The Supervisory Board of TAKKT AG has elected Stephan Gemkow as its Chairman and Prof. Dr Klaus Trützschler as its Deputy Chairman as of 01 February 2013. Gemkow, who has been CEO of Franz Haniel & Cie. GmbH since August 2012, was appointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of TAKKT AG by court order dated 14 January 2013 and replaces Prof. Trützschler in the role of Chairman of the Supervisory Board as planned.
