Item 8.01 Other Events

On September 20, 2022, 2K Games posted a message to its social media channels, stating it had become aware that an unauthorized third party illegally accessed legitimate credentials for a vendor platform 2K uses to provide support to its customers and that the unauthorized party sent a communication containing a malicious link to certain players who use that platform for customer service. A copy of the social media post is annexed hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
