On June 5, 2014, Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (the “ Company ”) announced that Seth D. Krauss, its Executive Vice President and General Counsel, will be departing the Company to accept a new career opportunity, effective June 27, 2014. The Company has not chosen a replacement for Mr. Krauss at this time.
