Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. (the “Company”) is furnishing herewith the following additional information in conjunction with its August 8, 2011 earnings call: For our fiscal year ending March 31, 2012, we expect gross margins to be in the range of the high 30s to the low 40’s.

This information is being presented by management of the Company in response to the request of various analysts and investors for additional information.
