Dear Investor,
As we come to terms with the unprecedented impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, I would like to take this opportunity to personally reach out to you with updates from TAKE Solutions.
The welfare of our employees is our highest priority at this moment. To ensure that our teams are safe and healthy, we have enabled them to work from home, as well as provided them with support in terms of periodic updates on the situation, communication regarding best practices to follow during the pandemic, and a dedicated desk to address any employee concerns at this time. We are regularly in touch with all our teams across the globe and are ready to support them through this pandemic.
We at TAKE are committed to ensuring that we continue to work with our clients to deliver their projects with the same quality output. Every effort is being taken to ensure safety and to continue with our high-performance mindset. While our teams have begun working remotely, we reassure you that that our Business Continuity Plans have facilitated uninterrupted operations.
In order to ensure the safety of our clients and our teams as we continue to deliver service and support, we have taken multiple measures as outlined below:
1. A customized strategy to coordinate delivery of services and support each and every one of our clients, has been deployed
2. Location heads are empowered to trigger precautionary and contingency backup measures to ensure continuity of service, based on the extent of risk alert
3. Most of our team has been enabled to work remotely from the safety of their homes, to continue delivering services and support to our clients
4. Travel plans have been shelved and teleconferencing has been identified as the preferred mode of engagement
5. Our multi-disciplinary Business Continuity Planning teams are working with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and limit the impact on our business as far as possible
6. A central desk has been setup to address staff concerns and promote the welfare of our team as they continue to support our clients’ business objectives
7. Regional teams are strictly following the directives of the local governments to ensure the safety of society as a whole
It is a matter of great pride for TAKE Solutions to support the yeoman service of the Life Sciences industry. While the World Health Organization is conducting global trials to define effective therapies for COVID-19, industry players are dedicating their expertise and resources towards defining therapies, improving testing and improving human health.
Though the world is undergoing turbulent times, remember, we are all in this together. As we come to terms with the intensity of this outbreak, we are focused on building on our strengths. We stay dedicated to the cause of driving better outcomes for Life Sciences, and for humanity.
I encourage you to take every precaution to stay safe and healthy during this time.
