• 1. Resignation of Mr. Narayanan Kumar from the position of Independent Director and Chairperson.

Brief Profile of Mr. H.R. Srinivasan

Mr. Srinivasan H.R., fondly known as Sri, has 28 years of experience in Supply Chain Management and General Management.

He started his career as a Civil Servant in the Government of India. Post that, he successfully held several leadership roles including Executive Director of the Shriram Group, Managing Director of Sembcorp Logistics, Singapore, Managing Director of Temasek Capital, Singapore among others. He has served both on the State and Regional Councils of the Confederation of Indian Industry. He has also served as the Past President of TiE (The Indus Entrepreneurs), Chennai Chapter. In 2008, Mr. Srinivasan H.R was conferred with the CII Connect - "Entrepreneur of the Year" and the CII Tamil Nadu "Emerging Entrepreneur" award in 2010. He is a member of the YPO (Young Presidents Organisation).

Brief Profile of Mr. Chella Gowrishankar

Gowri Shankar is a Chemical engineer from the Madras University, with a Post-graduation in Industrial Management from the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.

Mr. Che Ila Gowri Shankar, (age 65 years) is a technocrat who has held leadership positions in agro based Process Industries, and Information technology. Commencing his career in 1980, Gowri Shankar has worked with a range of process industries covering Oils & Fats Refining, Solvent Extraction, Soaps & Detergents, Oleo Chemicals, Flavors & Fragrances and Nutraceuticals, in a span of 22 years in the process industry.

He has had useful stints in ITC Agro Tech and Kantor Flavors and Extracts limited, prior to joining TAKE Solutions as a domain expert on Manufacturing. In early 2002 he joined TAKE Solutions Limited as the domain expert in manufacturing, while fulfilling the responsibility of Chief Operations Officer. He subsequently moved on to head business development spearheading the expansion of the company's branches in Southeast Asia and Middle East. He was earlier part of the senior Management team.

Mr. Gowri Shankar is currently a free-lance technology and business consultant for Agri based startups, in addition to consulting for TAKE Solutions. He also serves as a mentor for a couple of start-ups in the Health Care and Organic foods business.
