TAKE Solutions announces appointment of Chief Operating Officer

Healthcare Veteran, Dhamu Narayanan to pilot the technology business (non CRO business) at TAKE Solutions

Chennai, 7 December 2021 : TAKE Solutions Ltd. [BSE: 532890 I NSE: TAKE], a globally recognized domain intensive services provider in Life Sciences, today announced the appointment of Dhamu Narayanan as Chief Operating Officer. In his remit as Chief Operating Officer, Dhamu Narayanan will pilot the technology business (non CRO business) at TAKE Solutions.

Dhamu Narayanan has over 30 years of achievement fueling next‐level operations in multi‐industry environments He has held several leadership roles in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Banking & Finance etc., in SafeCare, NIIT Technologies, iSoft Ltd, Satyam etc., In his tenure, he has been a change driver with a history of transforming start‐ups to large organizations enabling a strategy of standalone value when building a network for scale and efficiency. He has been instrumental in the development of nationwide healthcare platform for NHS UK, to manage and ease congestion in their healthcare system and successfully piloted the primary healthcare system in UK and Singapore.

He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy (Chennai) and completed a short‐term Global Leadership course from Harvard Business School.
