Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 ("SEBI LODR"), read with Part A of Schedule Ill of the SEBI LODR, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, in its meeting held on Monday, December 20, 2021, approved the appointment of Mr. Raghavendra Seetharam Srivatsa (DIN: 09442154) as an Additional Director (Independent Category) with effect from December 20, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders.

The requisite details of the appointment as required under SEBI LODR read with SEBI Circular dated September 9, 2015, are given in the Annexure-A below.

Brief Profile of Mr. Raghavendra Seetharam Srivatsa

Mr. Raghavendra Seetharam Srivatsa, aged about 45 years, is an attorney by profession. He holds a bachelor's degree in Law from the University Law College, Bangalore and Post graduate Diploma in Internet and Cyber Laws from the Indian Law Institute, Delhi. He has extensive legal experience and handled, inter-alia, various litigations and commercial matters before the Supreme Court, High Courts and Tribunals.

Mr. Srivatsa practises as an Advocate-on- Record of the Supreme Court of India. He is currently involved in a variety of work before the Supreme Court, and other courts and tribunals, handling work for business entities, individual clients and public authorities. He represents many Public Institutions, including the High Court of Karnataka and Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly before the Supreme Court of India. He is also associated with M/s JUSTLAW, a leading law firm based out of Bangalore.

He also regularly conducts cases before the Supreme Court on behalf of the Supreme Court Legal Services Committee and is on the "A" panel of the Union of India before the Supreme Court.

Mr. Srivatsa has published many papers and has delivered lectures and webinars on various topics of public interest and law.
