Re-designation of Executive Director

The Board of Directors of Taiton Resources Limited (“ Taiton ” or “ Company ”) wishes to announce that Mr Noel Ong has resigned as Executive Director of the Company with effect from 24[th ] April 2025 to devote his time to his other business activities. Noel will remain as a Non-Executive Director of the Company.

This announcement has been approved by the Board of the Company.
