Ad hoc bulletin pursuant to Section 15 of the German Securities Trading Act

Extensive commercial real estate portfolio acquired by a member of the TAG
Tegernsee Immobilien- und Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft Group

TAG Gewerbeimmobilien-Aktiengesellschaft, a member of the TAG Tegernsee
Immobilien- und Beteiligungs-Aktiengesellschaft Group, has today purchased
a substantial portfolio of commercial real estate from Siemens Real Estate
GmbH & Co. OHG. The portfolio comprises six properties located in Berlin,
Munich, Cologne, Mannheim and Fürth. The commercially used properties have
a total rented area of around 179,000 square metres, which is leased to
Siemens AG on a mostly long-term basis. The transaction has a volume of
around € 180 million.

As a result of this acquisition, TAG has strengthened the basis for the
successful launch of a REIT in the German capital market.
