I, Mark P Wellstead, MGeol P. Geo, consent to the public filing of the technical report entitled “NI 43-101 Technical Report on the Lac Ducharme Project, Manicouagan, Québec” , dated May 14, 2021 (the “ Technical Report ”) by Tactical Resources Corp. (the “ Corporation ”).

I also consent to any extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report in the preliminary prospectus of the Corporation dated June 9, 2021 (the “ Prospectus ”).
