CONSENT OF QUALIFIED PERSON

I, Stephen Kenwood, P.Geo., consent to the public filing of the technical report titled “Technical Report for the SAM Property” , dated October 26, 2020 (the “ Technical Report ”) by Tactical Resources Corp. (the “ Corporation ”).

I also consent to any extracts from or a summary of the Technical Report in the preliminary prospectus of the Corporation dated June 9, 2021 (the “ Prospectus ”).
