TABUK CEMENT COMPANY ANNOUNCES INTERIM FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE COMPANY FOR THE PERIOD ENDED 31/3/2012 (THREE MONTHS)

Tabuk Cement Company announces the interim financial results for the period ending at 31/3/2012:

1.Realized Net Profit of SR 49.21 Million for the 1st Q 2012 compared to SR 41.23 Million for the same quarter last year with an Increase of 19.36.% and compared to SR 28.05 Million for the previous quarter with an Increase of 75.43.%

2. Realized gross Profit of SR 56.83 Million for the 1st Q 2012 compared to SR 47.22 Million for the same quarter last year with an Increase of 20.35 %.

3. Realized Operating Profit of SR 52.01 Million for the 1st Q 2012 compared to SR 42.96 Million for the same quarter last year with an Increase of 21.06%.

4. The per share profit for the 3 months period was SR 0.55 compared to SR 0.46 for the same period last year

5. The increase in profits for is increase of quantity of sales as a result of increasing of local demand and high efficiency of operation.
