Tabuk Agricultural Development (TADCO) announces the Preliminary financial results for the period ending 31/03/2011 (3 months)

1. The net profit during the first quarter (8.2) million compared to net loss (2.5) million for the same quarter of previous year, compared to net profit (7.4) million for the previous quarter, an increase of (10.8%).

2. The gross profit during the first quarter (11.5) million compared to gross profit (5) million for the same quarter previous year, an increase of (130%).

3. Net profit for the operational activity during the first quarter (8.3) million compared to net loss of operational activity (2.3) million for the same quarter last year.

4. Earnings per share during the period (0.41) SR versus a loss per share (0.13) SR for the same period previous year.

5.Tthe cause of increase in profitability primarily due to increased in demand for some products, which led to increased sales volume in addition to the significant improvement in the prices of other products
