Australian Competition Tribunal authorisation of proposed combination of Tabcorp and Tatts

Tabcorp Holdings Limited (Tabcorp) notes that the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission has today lodged an application with the Federal Court for judicial review of the determination of the Australian Competition Tribunal on 22 June 2017 to authorise the proposed combination of Tabcorp and Tatts Group Limited (Tatts).

Tabcorp is presently considering the application and will provide further information as appropriate.
