Tabcorp has lodged Expression of Interest for Tote Tasmania

Tabcorp Holdings Limited today confirmed that it has lodged an Expression of Interest in respect of Tote Tasmania Pty Ltd.

This follows a notification by the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission on its online mergers register of an informal review into a possible acquisition.

Tabcorp has not formed any view as to whether it will lodge a binding bid for Tote Tasmania.
