FORMAL APPOINTMENT OF JANETTE KENDALL AS DIRECTOR

Tabcorp Holdings Limited ( Tabcorp ) advises that, following the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, Ms Janette Kendall has now formally commenced as a Non-executive Director of Tabcorp, effective today. Ms Kendall joined the Tabcorp Board initially as an observer on 21 September 2020.

Attached is the Appendix 3X – Initial Director’s Interest Notice for Ms Kendall.
