TAB Gıda Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. olarak büyüyen restoran ve franchise operasyonlarımız doğrultusunda yönetim etkinliğini artırmak amacıyla Franchise Operasyon Direktörü pozisyonu oluşturulmuştur. Bu göreve, 1 Aralık 2025 tarihi itibarıyla Burger King markamızın Kıdemli Operasyon Müdürlerinden Sayın Veysi Önder atanmıştır.

Sayın Veysi Önder, uzun yıllar boyunca Burger King markamızın operasyonel gelişimine önemli katkılar sağlamış olup, sahip olduğu kapsamlı saha tecrübesiyle şirketimize değer katmaya devam edecektir.

Mevcut sorumlulukları kapsamında franchise operasyonlarını da yöneten Sayın Ufuk Erhanoğlu ise Usta Dönerci, Sbarro, Usta Pideci ve Subway markalarımızın operasyonlarından sorumlu direktör olarak görevini sürdürecektir.

İşbu açıklamamızın İngilizce çevirisinde herhangi bir farklılık olması durumunda Türkçe açıklama esas kabul edilecektir.

In line with the growth of our restaurant and franchise operations and with the aim of strengthening management effectiveness, TAB Gıda has created the position of Franchise Operations Director. Mr. Veysi Önder, one of the Senior Operations Managers of our Burger King brand, has been appointed to this role effective as of 1 December 2025.

Mr. Veysi Önder has made significant contributions to the operational development of our Burger King brand over many years and will continue to add value to our organization with his extensive field experience.

Mr. Ufuk Erhanoğlu, who currently oversees franchise operations, will continue in his role as the director responsible for the operations of our Usta Dönerci, Sbarro, Usta Pideci, and Subway brands.

In case of a discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
