The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Private Placement. We refer to the earlier announcements dated 27 March 2026, 6 April 2026, 8 April 2026, 10 April 2026, 20 April 2026, 28 April 2026, 4 May 2026 and 11 May 2026 in relation to the Private Placement. On behalf of the Board, UOBKH wishes to announce that the Board had on 21 May 2026 resolved to fix the issue price for tranche 3 of the Private Placement at RM0.30 per Placement Share. The issue price of RM0.30 per Placement Share represents a premium of approximately 15.25% to the 5-day VWAP of T7 Global Shares up to and including 20 May 2026, being the last traded day of T7 Global Shares immediately preceding the price-fixing date of RM0.2603 per T7 Global Share. This announcement is dated 21 May 2026.
