t42 IoT Tracking Solutions plc (AIM: TRAC) ("t42" or the "Company"), which provides real-time tracking, security, and monitoring solutions for the global supply chain, logistics, container and freight market, announces that its Notice of Annual General Meeting has been published and is available on the Company's website at: http://www.t42.co.uk/.  

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00 a.m. BST on 6 October 2022 at 96 Dereh Ramataim, Hod Ha'Sharon, Israel.
