Holdings in company

The Company has received notification from Miton UK Microcap Trust PLC that it is interested in 4,785,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 4.90 per cent of the Company's voting rights.

The Company has also received notification from Miton Group PLC that it is interested in 9,818,333 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 10.06 per cent of the Company's voting rights and that such interest includes the abovementioned interest of Miton UK Microcap Trust PLC.
