Starcom (AIM: STAR), which specialises in the development of wireless solutions for the remote tracking, monitoring and protection of a variety of assets and people, announces that Avi Hartmann (the Company's CEO) has today sold 900,000 Ordinary Shares at 2.5p per share.

Mr Hartmann has no current intention to make any further disposals of Ordinary Shares.

Following the sale, Avi Hartmann is interested in 17,611,168 Ordinary Shares representing 18.04 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
