On October 19, 2015, Ms Christiane Weispfenning, Germany has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares her Voting
Rights on SYZYGY AG, Bad Homburg, Germany, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on October 15, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 1.56% (this corresponds to 200000 Voting Rights).
1.56% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 200000 Voting Rights) are
attributed to Ms Weispfenning in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act). Attributed
Voting Rights are held by the following companies under her control, whose
share of the Voting Rights in SYZYGY AG amounts to 3 percent or more: Share
