On October 21, 2015, WPP plc, St. Helier, GBR has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
SYZYGY AG, Bad Homburg, Deutschland, have exceeded the 30% threshold of the
Voting Rights on October 21, 2015 and on that day amounted to 46.97% (this
corresponds to 6025979 Voting Rights).
46.97% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 6025979 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
