informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on SYZYGY AG, Bad Homburg, Germany, have exceeded the 50%
threshold of the Voting Rights on November 9, 2015 and on that day amounted
to 50.48% (this corresponds to 6475846 Voting Rights).
