SYZYGY AG enlarges Management Board / Erwin Greiner appointed CFO (news with additional features)

At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board of SYZYGY AG appointed Erwin
Greiner third member of the Management Board effective as of January 1,
2015. In the newly created position of CFO, he will take responsibility for
financial, legal and administrative matters, as well as Investor Relations.

Erwin Greiner has been with SYZYGY AG since 2001. In 2003, he was appointed
Finance Director. He played a major part in making the Group's
M&A-transactions a success, being responsible, among other things, for the
integration of the entities and their systems. Michael Mädel, Chairman of
the Supervisory Board: "Due to his exceptional knowhow and personal
commitment, Mr Greiner has made an important contribution to SYZYGY's
strength and size as it is today. We are more than pleased that he is
willing to take on even more responsibility for the Group and its further
growth as CFO."

Erwin Greiner studied Business Administration and Economics with special
focus on Management Accounting and Financial Reporting as well as Tax Law
and Business Information Systems. Mr Greiner started his professional
career in 1995 as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Having passed the
exams to become chartered accountant in 1999, Erwin Greiner worked for
debis Systemhaus as an International Controller. As such, he was in charge
of the group companies in Italy, Spain and Brazil.
