Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that the Nomination and Remuneration Committee (i.e. Compensation Committee) of the Company today i.e. Tuesday, November 11, 2025, approved grant of 7,43,908 (Seven Lakh Forty Three Thousand Nine Hundred and Eight) stock options ("ESOPs") under “Systematix Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOP 2025)/(Scheme)” at an exercise price of Rs. 130.92/- (One Hundred and Thirty Rupees and Ninety-Two Paise Only).
The details pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD-1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023, SEBI Circular SEBI/HO/ CFD/CFD-PoD-2/CIR/P/2024/185 dated December 31, 2024 is attached herewith as Annexure-I .
