The stabilisation period in the offering of Systemair shares has ended.
A total of 2,575,000 Systemair shares have been bought in the market as a stabilisation measure during the stabilisation period. Stabilisation commenced on 12 October 2007 and ended on 9 November 2007.
The stabilisation was carried out in the following price ranges:

The stabilisation period has ended and no further stabilisation measures will be carried out.
The Systemair share was listed on OMX Nordic Exchange on 12 October 2007.
Handelsbanken Capital Markets and Nordea were Joint Global Co-Ordinators and Joint Bookrunners in the Initial Public Offering.
