Systemair acquires Menerga sales companies

Systemair (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: SYSR) acquires a Menerga sales company with offices in Frankfurt, Bad Kissingen and Luxembourg.

The company which sells and provides service for Menerga products achieved a turnover of approximately 4.7 million euro in 2013 with a total of 13 employees.

Systemair has during the past year also acquired Menerga sales companies in Hamburg, Hannover and Berlin in northern Germany and the sales companies in Switzerland and Austria.

"Through these acquisitions, we will increase our market penetration while giving us control over sales and customer support in large parts of Germany", says Gerald Engström, CEO for Systemair.
