Total Voting Rights

As at 31 August 2018, the total number of Ordinary Shares with voting rights was 12,573,606, which may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, System1 Group PLC under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules. The Company holds 653,167 Ordinary Shares as treasury shares.
