formerly BrainJuicer Group PLC

("System1", or "the Company", or "the Group")

Name Change

As announced on 24 March 2017, the Company has changed its name from BrainJuicer Group PLC to System1 Group PLC.

From today, the Company can be found at the London Stock Exchange web site and within London Stock Exchange listings under its new name, System1 Group PLC.

The Company's new ticker symbol (SYS1) is now effective and its new website at www.system1group.com is live.
