Dividend Declaration

As stated in the Company's Interim Results Announcement of 7 November 2019, the Company proposes to pay an interim dividend of 1.1 pence per share in respect of the six months ended 31 September 2019. The interim dividend will be paid on 13 December 2019 to shareholders on the register as of 15 November 2019. The ex-dividend date will be 14 November 2019.
