The previous announcement excluded the shareholding of Hannah Gregory, a person closely associated with James Gregory, and therefore the aggreate shareholding was incorrect.

System1 Group plc (AIM: SYS1) announces that it has received notification on 29th September 2025 of the following dealing in the Company's ordinary shares by one of its Directors ("Shares").

James Gregory, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 7,500 Shares at a price of £2.55. Following the purchase, James Gregory, and Hannah Gregory, a person closely  associated with James Gregory, now hold 22,884 Shares, representing 0.18% of the Company's total voting rights.
