Board Change

System1 announces the appointment of Sophie Alice Tomkins (48) as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 11 June 2018.

Sophie has considerable public markets experience, gained through a 17 year career in the City.  Sophie is a Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Audit Committees of Hotel Chocolat Group PLC and Cloudcall Group PLC.  Previous experience includes roles with Cazenove & Co, Collins Stewart and Fairfax.  Sophie is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

After a period of handover, Sophie will chair the Company's Audit Committee and sit on the Group's Remuneration Committee.
