Directorship Change

The Company today announces that as part of its preparations to become a larger marketing services company, the current role of Chief Operating Officer is being split into specialist leadership roles, which are non board positions.  The Company is promoting Emma Cooper to lead Global Operations and Rod Connors, who runs the System1 Advertising Agency, to lead Marketing for the Group.  

As a result, Alex Batchelor, who as Chief Operating Officer for the last seven years was instrumental in the Company's threefold growth, will leave the Company for his next growth challenge and will resign as a Director, with effect from 30 June 2017.

John Kearon, CEO of the Company, commented: "On behalf of the Group I would like to thank Alex for his invaluable contributions as a director and as COO of the Company's threefold growth over the last seven years and we wish him the very best in his next challenge."
