SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), the technology services provider specialising in digital and AI transformation for UK SMEs, today announces the publication of its Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2025.

Both documents have been posted to shareholders and are also available online in the Investor Relations section of the Company's website at  www.sysgroup.com .

The Company's AGM will be held at 10.00am on 16 September 2025 at the offices of Hill Dickinson LLP, No 1 St Michael's, Jackson's Row, Manchester A1 1AB.
