Grant of Options and Director/PDMR Disclosure

SysGroup plc (AIM: SYS), the managed services and cloud integrator, announces that it has awarded options over a total of 125,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Options") to Julian Llewellyn, Chief Financial Officer.  The Options were granted on Mr Llewellyn's appointment to the Board, being today 6 April 2017.

The Options were granted under an EMI Option Contract and at an exercise price of 47.5p per share (being the mid-market closing price yesterday, 5 April 2016).  The Options will vest two years from the grant date or earlier on an exit event subject to Mr Llewellyn remaining employed by the Group.

Following the grant of the options Julian Llewellyn holds options over 125,000 Ordinary Shares. Julian Llewellyn does not currently hold any Ordinary Shares in the Company.
