Completion of the Acquisition of System Professional Ltd and the Placing

SysGroup (AIM: SYS) formerly Daily Internet plc, the managed hosting and cloud integrator, is pleased to announce that, further to the announcement on 5 July 2016, which confirmed that the Resolutions proposed at the General Meeting were all duly passed, the Acquisition of System Professional Ltd has now completed.  

The New Ordinary Shares issued in respect of the Proposals will be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. today.

Terms used in this announcement shall have the meanings given to them in the Company's shareholder circular dated 15 June 2016 ("Circular").
