Grant of Options and Director/PDMR Dealings
SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), the technology partner for delivery and management of cloud, data and security services to power Artificial Intelligence ("AI") and Machine Learning ("ML") transformation , announces that share options were granted over a total of 777,664 ordinary shares of £0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") in the share capital of the Company to 30 employees under its employee Save As You Earn ("SAYE") share option scheme in accordance with HMRC rules. The SAYE options have an exercise price, calculated in accordance with the rules of the SAYE scheme, of 26 pence.
