Exercise of share options and issue from treasury
SysGroup plc (AIM:SYS), announces that it has received notice for the exercise of 75,000 share options over ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") held under the terms of the Company's EMI option scheme by Nick Guite, Chief Sales Officer ("Option Exercise"). The Option Exercise has been satisfied from Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The exercise price was 1p per Ordinary Share. As a result of the Option Exercise Nick Guite is interested in 75,000 Ordinary Shares.
Total voting rights
Following the Option Exercise, the Company's total number of Ordinary Shares in issue is 51,496,084 and the number of shares held in treasury is 2,561,394 representing 4.97% of the Company's issued share capital. Therefore, the number of voting rights in the company will be 48,934,690.
