SysGroup PLC (AIM: SYS), the Managed IT Services and Cloud Hosting provider, announces that is has received notification that on 26 November 2018, Adam Binks, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 16,199 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 44.99p per Ordinary Share.

Adam's total interest in the Company is now 146,042 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.63% of the total voting rights of the company.
