SysGroup PLC (AIM: SYS), the Managed IT Services and Cloud Hosting provider, announces that is has received notification that on 26 January 2018, Adam Binks, Chief Operating Officer, purchased 8,902 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at 33.7p for the benefit of his SIPP.

Following the share purchase Adam Binks' interest in the Company has increased to 129,843 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.56% of the total voting rights of the company.
