Appointment of Advisor to the Board on Artificial Intelligence

Park, PhD, as Advisor to the Board on Artificial Intelligence, effective immediately.

Dr. Park brings more than two decades of experience at the intersection of AI transformation, digital innovation, and venture creation. His career spans senior academic, strategic, and applied roles focused on advanced technologies, particularly generative AI, machine learning and data-driven decision systems, to complex operational and organisational challenges.

Dr. Park is the Managing Director of AI and Strategy at Warren Equity Partners, where he shapes and executes the firm's AI strategy across the full investment lifecycle, deploying practical, value driven AI solutions, and advising its portfolio companies on AI implementation. He also advises Niloom.ai, an AI company building next-generation prompt to AR spatial computing content. A seasoned technology entrepreneur, he co-founded MeeGenius Inc., an early digital media company, and Johnson Research Lab, an early machine learning and NLP venture studio, where he served as CEO. He has held a number of senior innovation roles, including Innovation Fellow at the Lang Centre for Entrepreneurship (Columbia Business School), Dean for Strategic Initiatives at Columbia University, and Senior Vice Provost for Strategic Initiatives at Northeastern University, where he led university-wide initiatives.
