SysGroup PLC (AIM: SYS), the managed services and cloud integrator, announces that Non-executive Director, Amy Yateman-Smith, has elected to step down from the Board of Directors with immediate effect to go on maternity leave.

The Board would like to thank Amy for her significant contribution to the Company. The Board intends to appoint a replacement Non-executive Director in the near future. A further announcement will be made in due course.
