The Directors of SysGroup PLC (AIM: SYS), the managed IT services and cloud hosting provider, are pleased to announce that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were duly passed.

The Company also confirms that further to the announcement on 24 July 2018, Robert Khalastchy, Non-Executive Director, has today stepped down from the Board.
