SYS-DAT S.P.A.: CORPORATE EVENTS CALENDAR 2026

Milan, 18 December 2025 – SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment ("SYS-DAT" or the "Company") (SYS.MI), a successful Italian operator in the ICT sector that offers innovative IT services and solutions for the main industrial segments and services market, announces that the Board of Directors, in compliance with the provisions of art. 2.6.2 of the Regulations of the Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., has approved, today, the annual calendar of corporate events 2026.

11 March 2026	Board of Directors for the approval of the draft financial statements and consolidated financial statements as of 31 December 2025 and related Conference Call for the presentation of the results

22 April 2026	Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the
	approval of the financial statements as of 31
	December 2025 and presentation of the
	consolidated financial statements as of 31

December 2025

14 May 2026	Board of Directors for the approval of the
	consolidated interim management report as of
	31 March 2026 and related Conference Call for

the presentation of the results

10 September 2026 Board of Directors for the approval of the consolidated half-year financial report as of 30 June 2026 and related Conference Call for the

presentation of the results

12 November 2026 Board of Directors for the approval of the

consolidated interim management report as of 30 September 2026 and related Conference Call

for the presentation of the results
