PUBLICATION OF THE NOTARIAL DEED ON THE MERGER BY INCORPORATION OF MATRIX SOLUTION S.R.L. INTO SYS-DAT S.P.A.

("Matrix Solution") into SYS-DAT held on December 5, 2025 and registered by the Companies Register of Milano Monza Brianza Lodi on December 11, 2025, has been made available to the public at the Company's registered office, on the Company's website (www.sys-datgroup.com) in the "Investors/Extraordinary Operations" section, and on the authorized storage mechanism "E-MARKET STORAGE" ().
